All prices are in EUR, excluding VAT. Since your business is verified for reverse charge, no VAT is added at checkout — you account for VAT in your own country.

🛒 How the purchase works

Choose a pack and click Buy Now. A secure Stripe checkout page opens.

Enter your card details. Your card information goes directly to Stripe — we never see it. The amount shown is the net price without VAT (reverse charge applies).

Confirm and pay. Payment is processed instantly. Your Project Units appear in your Usage Account immediately — no waiting.

A reverse charge invoice is sent to your email automatically. It includes the net amount, your business name, VAT number, and the note "VAT reverse charge applies."
🧾 Reverse Charge Invoicing

As a verified EU business, all your Stripe purchases are invoiced with reverse charge. This means no VAT is charged by us — your business accounts for VAT in your own country through your regular VAT return. The invoice shows the net amount with your verified VAT number and the reverse charge note.

Security: Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe. The platform never sees, stores, or processes your card number. Each purchase is a one-time charge — no recurring payments, no auto-renewal. Your card is never charged again unless you make a new purchase yourself.

Tip: If your procurement team prefers wire transfers over card payments, you can also request Bank Transfer activation — same reverse charge invoicing, but payment via wire with a proforma invoice. Email billing@academy250.com to enable it.
