☁️ My Storage

Every file you've uploaded to the platform — from any section, any project, any post — is collected here in one place. You can see exactly what's stored, where it came from, and delete anything you want.

📍 What you see on this page
⬆️
Top — Header & Storage Usage

Title: My Storage with subtitle "Διαχείριση αρχείων που έχεις ανεβάσει στην πλατφόρμα." ➡️ On the right, your storage usage: how much space you're using out of your total allowance (e.g. 0 B από 500 MB), the number of files, and the percentage used.

📂
Tabs — File Categories

Six tabs that organize your files by where they came from:

📦 Όλα τα Αρχεία — all files across every category. Shows a blue badge with the total count (e.g. 34).
🟢 Profile — files uploaded to your profile (e.g. your avatar image). Badge shows count.
✏️ Posts — files attached to posts you've made inside projects.
🟣 Projects — files uploaded within project workspaces.
🔴 HelpDesk — files attached to help desk conversations. Badge shows count.
📁 Γενικά (General) — files uploaded in other contexts that don't fit the above categories. Badge shows count.

Click any tab to filter the view to that category only.

🖼️
Main Area — File Grid

Your files are displayed as visual cards in a grid. Each card shows:

🖼️ Preview — images show a thumbnail preview, videos show a play button, zip files and documents show a file type icon.
🏷️ Category badge — a small label in the top-right corner showing which category the file belongs to (e.g. Γενικά, Profile, wall).
📄 File name — the original name of the file.
📏 File size — how much storage this file uses (e.g. 113.5 KB, 3.17 MB).
📅 Upload date — when the file was uploaded.

⬇️ Four action buttons at the bottom of each card:
🔗 Open — view the file in a new tab.
📋 Copy — copy the file's URL to clipboard.
📥 Download — download the file to your device.
🗑️ Delete (red) — permanently delete the file from the platform.

💡 How My Storage works

My Storage is not a separate file manager — it's a centralized view of files that already exist across the platform. When you upload a profile photo, attach a file to a post, share a document in a project, or send a file through HelpDesk — each of those files lives in its respective section, but they're all also visible here in one unified view.

This means you always know exactly what you've uploaded, how much storage you're using, and you can delete anything from a single place without having to find it in its original location.

🚀 What you can do here
1
Browse all your files — use the tabs to filter by category or view everything at once.
2
Check your storage usage — the top-right counter shows how much of your 500 MB allowance is used.
3
Download files — click the download button on any card to save a copy to your device.
4
Delete files — click the red 🗑️ button to permanently remove a file from the platform and free up storage space.
👨‍👧 Parental Control — File Oversight

If you have dependent accounts (children), you can access their My Storage page from their account. This gives you full visibility into every file your child has uploaded to the platform — images, documents, videos, everything.

You can review what they've uploaded, download copies, and delete any file you consider inappropriate or unnecessary. This is part of the platform's parental control system — nothing your child uploads is hidden from you.

⚠️
Important: Deleting a file here removes it permanently from the platform. If the file was attached to a post, project, or HelpDesk conversation, it will no longer be visible in that location either. There is no undo — make sure you want to delete before confirming. If you need to keep a copy, download it first.
💡
Tip: Keep an eye on your storage usage counter. You have 500 MB of total storage. If you're running low, use the category tabs to find large files (check the file size on each card) and delete the ones you no longer need. Videos and high-resolution images tend to take the most space.
