This is your account's main page. Your identity on the platform, your settings, and your business details — all in one place.

Top — Avatar & Identity

⬅️ Left — your profile avatar. Click the upload area or drag and drop an image (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5MB). This photo appears next to your name across the platform.
➡️ Right of avatar — your username, phone number (partially masked for security), and two badges: your account type (Master) and status (active).
➡️ Far right — the red 🚪 Έξοδος (Logout) button. Click it to sign out.

A grid of cards showing all your account details. Fields with a blue "✏️ Αλλαγή" button can be edited. Fields without the button are read-only.

Left Column
🆔 Public ID — your unique account identifier. This is system-generated and cannot be changed. Used for support and technical references.
👤 Τύπος (Type) — your account type: Master (main account) or Dependent (child/linked account). Cannot be changed.
🔑 Quick PIN — your fast-login PIN. Shows whether it's active (✅ Ενεργό) or not. Cannot be changed from here.
🌐 Username — your display name on the platform. Has a "✏️ Αλλαγή" button — click it to change your username.
🗣️ Γλώσσα (Language) — the platform language. Has a "✏️ Αλλαγή" button — click it to switch between available languages.

Right Column
📞 Τηλέφωνο (Phone) — your registered phone number. This is the number used for SMS OTP verification during transfers and sensitive actions. Cannot be changed from here.
👁️ Κατάσταση (Status) — your account status. Shows active if everything is normal. Cannot be changed by you.
🕐 Τελευταία είσοδος (Last Login) — the date and time of your most recent login. Updated automatically.
📅 Εγγραφή (Registered) — the date your account was created. Cannot be changed.
ℹ️ Internal Info Page — controls whether you see this orientation content (the Page Guide you're reading right now). Shows ✅ Ενεργό if enabled. Has a "✏️ Αλλαγή" button — click it to turn the Page Guide on or off across the entire platform.

Bottom — Company Info

Your business details. Shows a dash (—) if no business info is entered. Has a "✏️ Αλλαγή" button — click it to enter your company name, VAT number, and registered address.

⚠️ This is required if you want to activate Stripe or Bank Transfer payments. Fill in your business details here first, then email billing@academy250.com to request activation. If you're an individual using Polar, you can leave this empty.

🚀 What to do first

Upload a profile photo — click the avatar area on the top left and choose an image. This is how other team members and dependent accounts see you.

Check your details — make sure your username, language, and phone number are correct. Your phone number is used for SMS OTP verification on all sensitive actions.

If you're a business — click "✏️ Αλλαγή" on Company Info and fill in your company name, VAT number, and registered address. This is required for Stripe and Bank Transfer activation.
⚠️
Important: If you need to change your phone number, contact support at support@academy250.com. Phone number changes require identity verification because your phone is tied to SMS OTP security for all transfers.
💡
Tip: The Internal Info Page toggle controls the Page Guide you're reading right now. If you already know your way around the platform, click "✏️ Αλλαγή" on that field to turn it off. You can always turn it back on from this same page.
