By creating an account, purchasing a Project Pack, using a workspace, project, AI feature, library, downloadable file, or any Academy250 service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform. Use of the platform means that you have read and accepted these Terms, as well as the separate policies referenced in them.

Academy250 is operated by Em.Skoulikaris LLC , a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with a registered address at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

In these Terms, the words “Academy250” , “we” , “us” , and “our” refer to the platform and its operating entity. The words “user” , “creator” , “you” , and “your” refer to any person who uses the platform.

Academy250 is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for project-based creation, learning, workspace organization, project execution, AI-assisted workflows, premium libraries, downloadable resources, and educational script hosting within the platform environment.

Academy250 is not a school, university, or accredited educational institution and does not provide official degrees, government-recognized certificates, or professional licenses. The platform provides tools, educational content, project structures, and digital services that support creative work.

The services are provided exclusively digitally. No physical shipment of products is provided under these Terms, unless expressly agreed otherwise through a separate service or commercial process.

To fully use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the security of your login details and for all activity that takes place through your account.

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 may use the platform only with appropriate parental consent, supervision, or through a dependent account, where this is supported.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate an account if we identify inaccurate information, violation of terms, abuse, unauthorized use, or activity that puts other users or the platform at risk.

The new platform usage model is based on the hosting of educational data and project/workspace features within Academy250. By Platform Hosting , we mean the hosting of task execution data inside the platform, such as workspaces, projects, tasks, progress, notes, files, educational scripts, AI tools, libraries, and related project data.

Platform Hosting is not general-purpose web hosting, server hosting, VPS, cloud hosting, file hosting, a public CDN, or a free hosting service for any type of content or script. Hosting is provided exclusively for the operation of the educational and project-based process inside Academy250.

Hosting usage may consume Project Blocks depending on the type of service, the workspace, the project, the stored data, the enabled tools, or other factors described on the relevant Project Packs / Project Blocks page or in your dashboard.

Certain libraries, project templates, files, resources, notebooks, technical packages, educational content, or downloadable materials may be available as premium content. Accessing or unlocking such content may require the consumption of Project Blocks.

When you unlock a downloadable file or premium resource, you may receive access to download it to your computer. This access does not give you the right to resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use it outside the permitted license limits.

The specific terms of use for each premium library or downloadable package may be stated separately on the page of the corresponding content and will prevail for that specific material.

Academy250 may include AI-assisted features, AI Wizards, AI tools, or other features that help the user organize, write, design, analyze, suggest, create, or improve project-based content.

AI features are assistive. They do not replace human judgment, technical verification, professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, engineering review, or an instructor. You are responsible for checking and evaluating every result before using it.

AI usage may consume Project Blocks through an AI quota or another equivalent measurement system. Consumption may be calculated after a request is completed, because the final cost may depend on the actual input, output, tool usage, model usage, or other technical factors.

If an AI request fails due to a technical error of the platform and no meaningful result is produced, the platform may, at its discretion, not record consumption or may correct the corresponding record.

Academy250 may provide educational script hosting features as part of specific project paths, such as AI Web Code Basics or other related modules. This feature exists so that the educational process can be completed within the platform.

Script hosting does not allow the storage or execution of any script without restrictions. It is not an open server environment, production web hosting, third-party application hosting, malicious code hosting, scraping infrastructure, or infrastructure for automated actions.

The platform may restrict, review, disable, or remove scripts, pages, tools, or hosted project outputs that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, platform security, third-party rights, or the educational purpose of the service.

Payments for Project Packs or other digital services may be made through a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record, such as Polar, depending on the available purchase process.

The Merchant of Record may appear as the seller of the transaction, process the payment, issue receipts or invoices, calculate and collect taxes, and apply its own buyer terms, refund rules, payment rules, and compliance requirements.

Prices, taxes, payment details, the final charge, and available payment methods are shown on the checkout page before the purchase is completed.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, according to the refund policy that applies to the platform and the Merchant of Record process.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or by a decision of the Merchant of Record, the refund applies to the unused / unconsumed balance of Project Blocks. Project Blocks that have already been consumed for hosting, premium unlocks, downloads, AI requests, scripts, or other digital features may not be included in the refundable amount.

If the Merchant of Record applies a different refund process, full or partial refund, chargeback handling, or fraud prevention decision, that process may prevail at the payment level.

The detailed policy for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and account closure will be described in the separate Billing & Returns Policy .

You retain the rights to the content you upload, create, organize, or store inside the platform, to the extent that those rights legally belong to you.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use your content only to the extent required to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the services.

You must not upload content that you do not have the right to use, that infringes third-party rights, or that is illegal, malicious, harmful, misleading, or contrary to the Acceptable Use Policy.

The platform, software, design, templates, workflows, project structures, AI-assisted tools, text, graphics, interfaces, documentation, and educational content of Academy250 belong to Academy250 or their respective rights holders.

Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of the software, the platform, or Academy250 content to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right of use, in accordance with these Terms.

Any license for downloadable files, project files, libraries, or premium resources may be defined separately on the page of the corresponding content.

You agree to use Academy250 only for lawful, educational, creative, and project-based purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not, by way of example, use the platform for:

• illegal, harmful, threatening, misleading, or abusive content,
• malicious scripts, malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or attacks,
• bypassing limits, measurement mechanisms, security, or access controls,
• violating third-party intellectual property or privacy rights,
• using AI or script hosting in a way that exceeds the educational purpose of the platform,
• reselling, assigning, or unauthorized sharing of accounts, Project Blocks, or access.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the platform’s current privacy policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, which providers it may be shared with, and what rights the user has.

Because the platform hosts workspaces, projects, files, scripts, AI outputs, and educational work data, certain data is stored in order to provide the services, maintain security, provide support, and ensure the proper operation of the account.

Academy250 may be used by minors only with appropriate parental consent, supervision, or through an account created and managed by an adult parent or legal guardian, where this is supported.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising use, ensuring the suitability of projects, understanding the digital services, managing purchases, and managing the use of Project Blocks by or on behalf of a minor.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation.

The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure changes, third-party providers, security, compliance, force majeure, or other factors outside our direct control.

We may update, change, improve, restrict, or remove platform features where this is necessary for technical, operational, legal, security, or product reasons.

You may request closure of your account by contacting us. Account closure may result in loss of access to workspaces, projects, hosted data, AI history, unlocks, Project Blocks, and other platform items, in accordance with the relevant policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious activity, risk to the platform, or a compliance obligation.

Terms that by their nature must continue to apply after termination, such as intellectual property, limitations of liability, acceptable use, payments, refunds, and governing law, will continue to apply.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that use of the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for any specific purpose.

We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, business damage, indirect damage, consequential damage, or decisions made solely on the basis of AI outputs, project suggestions, scripts, templates, or educational content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The user is responsible for evaluating, verifying, safely using, and practically applying every project, file, script, AI output, or educational instruction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Before any formal process, you agree to contact us so that a reasonable effort can be made to resolve the issue amicably.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the basic agreement between you and Academy250 regarding use of the platform.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Our failure to exercise a right does not mean that we waive that right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The newest version will be published on the platform with a last updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
