The story

I'm a solo developer, solo founder, solo entrepreneur. This platform was built exclusively for my students.

I spent 15 years running small businesses — from two-person teams to teams of six. Eight businesses total, across different sectors. Some succeeded. Most didn't. Each one taught me something.

From the first spark of an idea, through design, development, financing, and support — everything is done by one person.

I tried many times to find partners. But the way I see creation and use of a platform like this is quite different from what most people expect. I couldn't find anyone who shared this vision.

So I continue alone. And I build what I truly want for my own students.

The journey

Not a straight line.

Motorsport & engineering
I started in motorsport engineering. That's where I learned to test everything to failure before committing — ideas, designs, decisions. Break it 99 times in the workshop so it survives once on the track. I still work that way.
Making & education
I built mini250.gr — a Greek maker community around 3D printing, FPV drones, Arduino, and electronics. I taught adults aged 28–55 through live workshops and broadcasts. At peak: 3 million weekly views and 120 students in three weeks.
Self-taught developer
I taught myself to code. PHP, PostgreSQL, Redis, HTMX, Cloudflare R2 — the entire stack from zero. I built and discarded seven versions of the platform before landing on the architecture that works.
8 businesses. Most failed.
I closed eight businesses before this one. Not because I didn't know what I was doing — because I learned what not to build. Each failure made the next attempt sharper. This platform carries all that knowledge.
What makes it different

Things you won't find elsewhere.

In here you'll find a lot of things you might not have seen anywhere else. That's intentional.

Nothing unnecessary
I've removed anything that doesn't have a reason to exist. Unnecessary colors, unnecessary buttons, banners, pop-ups — if it doesn't help you, it's not here. Only the absolutely essential tools remain. Nothing more, nothing less.
Why? Because I'm dyslexic with ADHD. The last thing I want is a platform full of buttons and banners fighting for my attention. If it looks «empty» to you — that's correct. It's a choice. My choice.
Completely different billing model
No subscriptions. No hidden charges. No credits that vanish at month end. The platform runs on prepaid usage time. You load Project Units into your account and they stay there until you use them.
Going on vacation? Taking exams? Not logging in for a month? No problem. Your Project Units don't expire. They'll be there waiting for you where you left them.
Fast evolution & development
The platform changes and evolves constantly. Being solo gives me a huge advantage: I make decisions very quickly, build new features and roll out new capabilities in minimal time.
Unlike a large team inside a slow, heavy corporation, things move fast here — because they can.
Why solo

One person. On purpose.

There are no investors, no board, no committee deciding what gets built next. That's not a limitation — it's by design.

When there's no one to impress, no quarterly targets to hit, no stakeholders to satisfy — you build what actually needs building. You move at the speed of understanding, not the speed of fundraising.

This platform wasn't designed in a boardroom and didn't go through focus groups. It was designed by an educator, for educators and learners. Which probably makes it much more useful — but also much more different from anything else out there right now.

Principles
AI should make people stronger, not replaceable
Every AI feature on this platform is designed to make the user more capable. Not to remove them from the process. If AI makes someone redundant, the tool failed.
You learn by doing, not by watching
I taught adults for years. The ones who learned fastest were the ones who built something real from day one. This philosophy is baked into every project template, every workshop, every lesson on this platform.
Transparency isn't a feature — it's the default
Every unit of usage is logged. No hidden costs, no surprise charges, no dark patterns. You see exactly what you're paying for and where it goes. That's not a selling point — it's just how it should be.
Small teams deserve real tools
The 2–8 person team is the backbone of every economy — and no one builds for it. Enterprise software is too heavy. Consumer apps are too shallow. This platform sits in between.
